Hi, I'm Dr. Elizabeth Wolfe

Hi there! My name is Dr. Elizabeth Wolfe, I help individuals and couples navigate relationship challenges, improve communication, and enhance intimacy.
My goal is to create a safe, nonjudgmental space where you can explore your concerns and build deeper, more fulfilling connections.
I utilize evidence-based approaches only, including Emotionally Focused Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Integrative Behavioral Couples Therapy to address issues such as relationship conflict, communication breakdowns, infidelity, sexual concerns, mismatched libidos, and intimacy barriers.
I also provide affirming care for diverse relationships, including LGBTQ+ couples and non-monogamous partnerships.

I hold a doctorate degree in Clinical Psychology and a certificate in couples and sex therapy.
